Get Your Documents in Order

Potential Buyers are going to want to know as much as possible about your home before buying.  They will have questions like:

• Who installed the new garage door, and does come with a warranty?   
  
• When is the HOA fee due and what exactly does it cover?
• How much is the water bill?
• Where did they buy the flooring and what color is it? 
  
• How much is the flood policy and is it assumable?

Also, the closing attorney or title company will ask for a copy of your survey and title policy, so better dig those out now...hmmm where did I put mine??

Did you change your name after you purchased the property? Did you add or omit a spouse? Have this documentation ready now for a smooth closing later.
