Once your offer is accepted, we recommend scheduling a home inspection with a licensed inspector within the contract's designated timeframe. If your offer is contingent on financing, your lender will arrange for a licensed appraiser to conduct an appraisal to ensure the property’s value aligns with the loan amount. The appraisal will consider factors such as recent comparable sales, square footage, and the overall condition of the property.



Prior to your closing we will complete a final walk-through inspection. This is to ensure everything is in working order and is the same as the last time you viewed the property! Make sure your utilities are set up for your move in date, and your home owners insurance is bound. Your closing agent will supply you with a Settlement Statement to finalize the details of your transaction. Once approved, you will attend closing and sign all documentation.
